Further proof that there's nobody on the planet who won't want to see Dreamgirls once it is released (roadshow begins in LA,SF,NYC 12/15, national release 12/25). I don't remember the last time I was so obsessed with a musical. I feel like I'm 14 again. Dreamgirls is so amazing. It's going to be such a huge hit. It's not that it's the best movie ever made-- it's just the best movie with the broadest appeal. It's so f*cking bullet-proof. I'm deciding if my review should consist of nothing but a Tourretic stream of superlatives or not.
