Interestingly, FX aired
a mockumentary called Oil Storm back in June which starts out with a major hurricaine hitting New Orleans, shutting down oil pipelines and production and forcing people to take shelter in the Superdome. The movie goes on to show a huge economic disaster that occurs when the price of oil jumps above eight bucks a gallon.
